The following are safety practices which enable us to make "safety a
priority"
- All employees are trained when hired and issued hard
hats and safety glasses.
- All employees are trained weekly through jobsite Safety
Toolbox Meetings.
- All employees must pass a drug test, and are tested at random to ensure
all of our employees are drug free.
- All jobsites have Safety Manuals and MSDS sheets.
- A Safety Committee meets quarterly and consists of
General Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Two Job Foremen, and
Safety Director.
- Annual Foremen Breakfast / Training ensures our foremen
will be able to manage on-site safety.
- Rydalch Electric has a safety incentive program in
progress, which assists in our effort to achieve zero accidents.
- Sandy Rydalch, our Safety Director for eight years, is OSHA and Workers Compensation trained.
She administers all aspects of company
safety, from committee meetings to injury and jobsite inspections.
