At Rydalch Electric we believe that training is essential for a skilled high-quality workforce. As a NECA-IBEW contractor, our electricians and technicians are properly trained to meet the customers needs and requirements. They take pride in doing a job on time, within budget, and doing the job right the first time. Each journeyman electrician has successfully completed a five-year full time apprenticeship program, which includes 8,000 hours of on job training and 1,000 hours of classroom time. Through our NECA-IBEW partnership continued training and schooling is provided to our journeyman to stay current with new technology. With our skilled and trained workforce we can guarantee quality work. Our commitment and investment in training programs provides you, the customer, with competitive prices. DRUG FREE PROGRAMS
Rydalch Electric, as an employer, is committed to a workplace environment that ensues the safety, health, and productivity of all employees. We recognize that substance abuse in the workplace is a threat to this commitment. To assure a safe working environment we have adopted a comprehensive DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE PROGRAM. As a condition of employment, ALL EMPLOYEES are required to abide by this program. A third-party administrator performs testing for substance abuse. The program includes drug testing for: Pre employment, Post-accident, Reasonable cause, Random testing.
